Bring Attunement Back

We would like to see Attunements bring back for the next raid instance. Before everyone flies off their rockers we have a proposal. Instead of everyone having to be attuned who sucked for when you wanted to bring someone new in for the first time, only make half the raid be attuned.
Say for the 10 man version you needed at least 5 people to be attuned before they could enter, for 25-man it would be 15. For our part it would keep people that really don't need to be doing the raids out until they were actually prepared.
When we at first zone into Naxx we can check the chat and see 500+ people in it, and that's what causes the lag. Much like in any major city when you have too many people in it, an instance will lag when too many people are in it as well. Maybe if you separated the 10 from the 25 mans it would decrease the lag, but you have them all clumped into one.
Should everyone have access to raid content, yes, but only once they actually earn the right to do so. Letting everyone do it means you have to dumb everything down and therefore making the hard core raiders out there feel just plain stupid and question why they're still playing the game to begin with.
It is great to bring back attunements would be great, making it where you only had to have half your raid attuned would be even better!
With the expansion of Wrath of the Lich King, there are four raid dungeons like Naxxramas, Vault of Archavon, Obsidian Sanctum, and the Eye of Eternity and within two days all this content is cleared by the same guild. Leveling to 80 and defeating four dungeons doesn't seem reasonable to someone who's raided all content in World of Warcraft. Either these players are super hardcore or something is wrong with the content. The content has so far been relatively easy and extremely accessible that a combination of hardcore raiders plus easy content has lead to a quick defeat of the bosses in the dungeons.
Let's consider the time table for the new guild Ensidia. It's safe to assume that most of these guys didn't log off at all during those first two days. Sometime during the second day ten of them hit level 80 and because there are no attunement quests to Naxxramas, or any of the instances for that matter, they zoned in and within ten minutes they killed their first boss. They undermanned all the heroic dungeons with their Sunwell equivalent gear in awhile. Level 70 gears shouldn't be able to compete with level 80 content especially if the content is undermanned. Congratulations are due to Ensidia because of their time devotion but it is Blizzard's fault this occurred. Blizzard has two options against this: make content more difficult or introduce progression blocks.
Of late, there are two most difficult bosses that have come out would have to be M'uru and Kil'Jaeden in The Burning Crusade expansion and M'uru died within four days of the gate opening and Kil'Jaeden in three. Only the best guilds managed to kill prenerf M'uru and Kil'Jaeden and only a few more after the nerf. It is possible that Blizzard judge whether bosses can be considered easy or difficult and Blizzard introduce blocks to prevent such quick progression and completion like Ensidia has done. We are an average guild but we have beaten the game. We are locked out of all raid ID's and have nothing to do. Blizzard should have introduced a block to keep us busy until the next content patch. Many people might disagree with the fact that an attunement should have been introduced.
Either Blizzard has the choice through subtle or obvious ways to slow progression and make content last longer. In Dalaran, sitting is not an exciting way to play WoW. Attunement is a type of block that can come in many forms including quest and reputation but it isn't alone. Resistance is another block Blizzard has used in the past and currently in Naxxramas to the dislike of much of the raiding community. To some extent, blocks can be very harmful or very good depending on their usage and level Blizzard has used in the history of raiding progression in WoW.
